Purpose and guidelines

BaySense has two purposes and three guidelines. The purposes:

1. Find and present information about the Chesapeake Bay: where it's been and where it's heading. Make the information concise and accurate; present it clearly and accessibly; and make it relevant and useful to local communities in the Chesapeake region.

2. Find and point to opinions from a wide range of people about environmental issues affecting the Chesapeake watershed. Present the various opinions in a non-partisan manner to promote constructive discussion and new ideas.
